I isntalled it in the top of my rack. It makes the power quiet and helps cut down on hiss. if you still have hiss, you need to make sure your gear isnt going unbalanced, balanced, back and forth. makes it noisy!
if you play shows, you know that some venues have janky power and it can wreck havoc with your fancy music gear. plus, with this unit, everything can switch on with one big button right on the device. very smooth!
