How do I return an item?
At Musician's Muse we offer a real 45-day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Be sure to keep the original packaging and box contents handy. If there is a problem with your item, or you are unsatisfied, simply repackage the item, and be sure to include all the little papers and accessories that come with it. Contact us about your return so that we can issue you an RMA #. Then be sure to put the RMA # on the box and ship it to the address below!
We are still an independent, non-corporate operation, so we are happy to provide you with direct assistance to any question or issue. Often you will be working with someone who packaged and shipped your order directly.
